PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting member and a packaging bag with the fitting member, capable of preventing contents from flowing out without the need of a solution such as providing a more easily peelable joint on a non-unsealed side of the fitting member even with the contents of a highly flowable material, easily cutting off the joint when unsealing the bag and removing the contents, and further being sealed and unsealed repeatedly. SOLUTION: The interfittable fitting member having a male form and a female form has the joint where the end of flanges on the non-unsealed side of the male form and the female form are joined, and has a protrusion between the joint and the flange. The thickness of the joint is≥10μm and≤100μm. The thickness of the protrusion is 200μm≤and≤2mm. In addition, the joint is thinner than the flange and the protrusion is thicker than the flange.
