PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panorama attachment optical system for obtaining a 360-degree image (all around the periphery) or projecting an image to all the directions, which is compact and has good resolving power. SOLUTION: The panorama attachment optical system 10 attached to the incident side of an image-forming lens 20 and forming the 360°image on an image surface 30 has one or more reflection surfaces 11 and 12, and a light beam is successively reflected by the reflection surfaces 11 and 12, passes through the image-forming lens 20 and forms the image at a position deviated from the center axis of the image surface 30. Both of the reflection surfaces 11 and 12 have rotationally symmetric shape around the center axis 1, and luminous flux made incident from afar forms the image at least once on a cross section including the center axis 1, but does not form the image on a plane orthogonal to the cross section and including the center light beam 2<SB>0</SB>of the luminous flux.
