PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based resin foam sheet excellent in impact strength, especially low-temperature impact strength, and compression strength. SOLUTION: This polyolefin-based resin foam sheet is obtained by crosslinking and foaming a polyolefin-based resin composition which comprises a polyolefin-based resin, a heat decomposition-type foaming agent, and 1-15 pts.wt. of a polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer, wherein the foam sheet has an apparent density of 30-130 kg/cm<SP>3</SP>, when measured conforming to JIS K7222, an aspect ratio (Dz/Dxy) of a bubble of 1.1-4.0, compressive modulus of≥1 MPa, when measured conforming to JIS K7181, and a 50% breaking energy at -30°C of≥0.5J, when measured conforming to JIS K7211.
