PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink tank enabling an inks-supplementing port to be easily inserted and extracted while assuring air-tightness certainly, and an ink-jet recorder. SOLUTION: When the inks-supplementing port 30 is inserted into the tube of a gasket 52, the wound-in tip 55 and the wound-in thin wall 54 of the gasket 52 are wound in while contacting with the periphery 30A of the inks-supplementing port 30 and sealing the clearance between the periphery 30A of the port 30 and the the port.
