PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which controls the occurrence of interference fringe, has high hard coatability and antistaticity and an excellent transparency. SOLUTION: The hard coat layer (4) is obtained by laminating 90-30 pts.wt. of (2) an ionizing radiation-curing resin composed mainly of a multifunctional monomer containing≥2 (meth)acryloyl groups in the molecule and an ionizing radiation-curing resin mainly composed of 10-70 pts.wt. of (3) an electroconductive material on at least one side of (1) a substrate. The difference in refractive index between substrate (1) and hard coat layer (4) is≥0.01 and≤0.1. Hard coat layer (4) is formed by using a coating liquid containing not less than one solvent (5) which solves or swells substrate(1) and a solvent (6) in which electroconductive material (3) is stably dispersed.
