Method for making a network equipment proactive

The method involves exchanging data between an intelligent agent (13) and a network equipment e.g. router, having a scanner (5) or a scheduler (6). The equipment is connected to an equipment function managing unit (11) connected to the scanner, scheduler, a quantity surveyor, a HTML tag and a deleter. A continuous relation exists between the managing unit and the intelligent agent.
