Printing unit comprises rotating inking rollers (17) and changeable driven inking rollers (18, 19) separately driven from each other within a printing system. An independent claim is also included for a printing system for a printing unit of a printing machine. Preferred Features: A rotary drive (26) is assigned to the rotating inking rollers and an axial drive is assigned to the changeable driven inking rollers. A rotating inking roller formed as a central rubber roller is arranged within the printing system either directly or indirectly to a further inking roller.
