PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone/acrylic composite rubber-based graft copolymer which can improve impact strength of a resin, in particular that at a low temperature, by adding it to the resin only by a small amount, and is good in coloring without lowering development of a color when being added to a resin. SOLUTION: The silicone/acrylic composite rubber-based graft copolymer is obtained by grafting a composite rubber comprising a polyorganosiloxane and a polyalkyl (meth)acrylate, with a vinylic polymer composed of at least one vinylic monomer unit. Wherein a number average particle diameter is 300-2,000 nm, a polyorganosiloxane content is 20-70 mass% and a composite rubber content is 70-90 mass%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
