PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leaving uncut parts of sealed parts of packaged goods unfinished by cutter receiving blades and cutter upper blades of a pair of left/right rotating cutters for relatively rotating when the rotating cutters cut and separate the continuous packaged goods at the sealed parts between the cutter receiving blades and the cutter upper blades. SOLUTION: The pair of left/right rotating cutters 43, 44 for relatively rotating is provided with the cutter receiving blades 45X and the cutter upper blades 46X on the outer circumferences for cutting/separating a continuum 101 of the packaged goods 65 at the vertical sealed parts 52. The rotating cutters 43, 44 are respectively provided with the cutter receiving blades 45X and the cutter upper blades 46X inclined to the respective circumferential direction.
