The invention relates to an integral toothbrush consisting of: a hollow head (1) comprising fixed and rotating bristles and a hole for dispensing toothpaste onto the bristles; a conical section (15) which is joined to the head by means of threading and which is equipped with a tubular extension (12) that is introduced into the head (1), said extension (12) comprising a perforation which corresponds positionally to that of the head, such that the toothpaste can only be dispensed when the two perforations are in line; a toothpaste container (18) which is connected to the lower part of the conical section (15) and which has a hollow knob (25) coupled to the lower end thereof, a threaded rod (26) being fixed to said hollow knob, passing through the container (18) and having a plunger connected thereto, which, upon rotation of the knob (25), propels the toothpaste; a casing (40) housing an electric motor (39) is joined to the hollow knob (25); a motor (39) with a pair of eccentric weights (37, 38) connected thereto in order to produce vibrations; a shaft (36) which is joined to the upper eccentric weight (37) and which extends as far as the hollow head through the knob (25) and the rod (26), the end of said shaft being equipped with a gear (35) which is connected to a second gear (34) in order to rotate the bristles on the toothbrush; and a pin (21) which is connected to the container (19) and which is used to secure a scoop element (22).
