<p>A pneumatic air gun having a motorised breech system 2, 3, 5 ,6, comprising an internal reserve 8 of compressed air/gas, monitored by pressure sensor 7 via control circuit 15, 16. The gun can be fired with a constant muzzle velocity regardless of the differing pressures of the air/gas in the internal reserve 8. Other elements include 4, transfer port 10, exhaust valve tube 12, solenoid and armature 13. An associated method of using such a gun is also disclosed.</p> |
