PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sporting apparatus for preventing, relieving, or resolving a tennis elbow, etc. SOLUTION: A sporting apparatus 1A includes fixing parts 4 to which five fingers are inserted via five springs 3 provided on the outer periphery of a support part 2. The springs 3 have elastic force to suppress the opening of the fingers when the fingers put into the fixing parts are intended to be opened. Thus, a load is imposed on the muscle of an arm to be used for opening the fingers when the fingers are intended to be opened. Thus, when the fingers are put into the fixing parts 4 of the sporting apparatus 1A and opened/closed, the muscle of the arm to be used when the fingers are opened, i.e., the muscle of the arm to be used in tennis, etc., is reinforced.
