摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently lessen the formation of dioxin, etc. in stack gases generated at the time of incineration and to prevent the elution of the metals included in soot and dust by bringing the stack gases into contact with reducing agents, such as phosphorous acids, hypophosphorous acids and metal hydrides. SOLUTION: Various kinds of hazardous materials are included in the stack gases discharged from a refuse incineration plant, etc. At the time of removing such hazardous materials, the stack gases are brought into contact with the reducing agents in the stage when the stack gas temp. attains <=500 deg.iC. Namely, an industrial pretreatment is executed by providing the method with a heat recovering stage for recovering the heat of the stack gases, a cooling stage for lowering the temp. of the stack gases by spraying cooling water to the stack gases and a stage for bringing the stack gases and the reducing agent into contact with each other after these stages. The reducing agents to be used are adequately one or >=2 kinds of the phosphorous acids, hypophosphorous acids, metal hydrides. hydrazines, etc. After the stack gases are brought into contact with the reducing agents, the soot and dust in the stack gases are collected in dust collection equipment.</p>
