The extrusion line production process is for a line consisting of an extruder unit (1), a tube head (4) with output gap (12), an adjustable calibrate in a shell (10) and a vacuum chamber (13) in which the tube can be widened. The wall thickness of the extruded tube (6) is set in the vacuum chamber by a coordinated alteration of the mass throughput through the output gap, and/or the drawing rate of the tube. |
