PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate constituted by laminating a thermoplastic elastomer layer and a base material layer, excellent in extrusion moldability, scratch resistance and emboss transfer property and useful as a trim material for a car. SOLUTION: The laminate is constituted by laminating the thermoplastic elastomer layer and the base material layer containing a polyolefinic resin. The thermoplastic elastomer layer contains 50-95 pts.wt. of a component (a) and 50-5 pts.wt. of an olefinic resin being a component (b). Herein, the total amount of the components (a) and (b) is 100 wt.%. The component (a) contains at least two polymer blocks (A) based on a vinyl aromatic compound and at least one copolymer block (B) of the vinyl aromatic compound and a conjugated diene compound and the content of the total vinyl aromatic compound unit is 50-70 wt.%. The copolymer block (B) is a hydrogenated vinyl aromatic block copolymer obtained by hydrogenating a vinyl aromatic block copolymer containing 20-60 wt.% of the vinyl aromatic compound and 30-75 wt.% of a vinyl bond originating from the conjugated diene compound.
