PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine constituted so as to efficiently perform the process from a sheet member molding process to a cutting process. SOLUTION: The molding machine 1 is constituted so as to feed the sheet member S made of a resin formed into a sheetlike shape by extrusion molding to upper and lower molds 13 and 23 and clamping the upper and lower molds 13 and 23 to press-mold the sheet member S into a predetermined product and equipped with trimming cutting blades 17 and 27 for further clamping the upper and lower molds 13 and 23 after the molding by mold-clamping of the upper and lower molds 13 and 23 to cut the sheet member S into a molded product and the outer peripheral non-molded product thereof.
