Real/control data is stored in a database device for multiple users of a data-output system. A data-output control device sends to a printing device data-output records assigned to corresponding users at points in time determined by the data-output control device. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) A method for data output using a data output system; (B) and for a computer program with program code devices for carrying out the processing stages in a method for data output.
