A method of constructing a slope face and a fixing tool used to carry out the slope face construction are disclosed. The method includes a slope face compacting step in which a slope face is leveled to prevent earth and sand from being washed away, a seed planting step in which a solution mixed with seeds, a coating curing agent, a soil solidifying agent, a fertilizer, and water is applied on the compacted slope face to cover a germination layer, a covering step in which a germination acceleration cover is spread to cover a surface of the germination layer, and a cover fixing step in which the germination acceleration cover is fixed. It can prevent earth and sand from being washed away due to rainwater by quickly planting trees and grass, and can also prevent pollution of the slope face due to the residue such as a cover, a fixing pin, and a press plate. |
