PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fogging coating liquid having excellent abrasion-resistance, initial anti-fogging property and anti-fogging keeping property. SOLUTION: The anti-fogging coating liquid includes a homopolymer consisting of a repeating unit derived from an ethylenic monomer having a hydroxy group on a side chain or a copolymer consisting of a repeating unit derived from ethylenic monomers having either an epoxy group, an alkoxy carbonyl group, a carboxy group or an amide group, an amino group on a side chain together with the former repeating unit as resin components.
