PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling nozzle capable of preventing any defective top seal by preventing generation of a discharged liquid splitting phenomenon or a balloon phenomenon, and a liquid filling machine having the liquid filling nozzle. SOLUTION: The liquid filling nozzle comprises a nozzle body having a liquid discharging opening and one or two or more net-like body 46 provided on the liquid discharging opening of the nozzle body. The liquid filling nozzle has a closed hole part 74 which keeps a part of the network area 72 of the net-like body 46 in a non-network shape. The liquid filling machine has the liquid filling nozzle.
