PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new manufacturing method of a meso configuration. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the meso configuration comprises the steps of: forming a polymer film on a base; irradiating ultraviolet light on the film; irradiating interference blue laser beam; preparing a mixed solution of a surfactant with a silane compound; and dipping the film in the mixed solution to form a deposite on the film.
