PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a practical structure by continuously adjusting the height position of a steering wheel and by positively fixedable after adjustment. SOLUTION: A rear side steering column 2 is rocked with a first horizontal shaft 9 as a center. A plurality of both front side and rear side rocking plates 3, 4 respectively are rockingly, and alternately placed with a second and a third horizontal shaft 10, 12 as a center. Tilt bolts are penetrated through a first and a second through hole 5, 6 formed the positions alternately matching with both the front side and rear side rocking plates 3, 4. Both the front side and rear side rocking plates 3, 4 are freely rocked or locked by pressing means such as screwing the tilt bolts with tilt nuts. |
