A cosmetics case having an oil paper receiving part is provided to refill oil papers in a receiving space of the oil paper receiving part by informing a user that the oil papers are used up. The cosmetics case is composed of a body(10) containing the cosmetics; a lid(20) combined to the body; a receiving part(30) interposed between the body and the lid and movably hinge-combined to one of the body and the lid and composed of a first member forming a predetermined receiving space and a second member joined to the first member, wherein the first and second members are detachably joined to each other; and oil papers(40) filled into the receiving space of the receiving part. The receiving part has an opening part(37a) of which one side is cut to insert the oil papers into the receiving space or to grip and take out the oil papers filled into the receiving space. The opening part is formed like a finger to let a user hold the oil papers stored in the receiving space with fingers.
