An ultraviolet instant sterilizer is provided to shorten the sterilization time by increasing ultraviolet radiation and to improve sterilization capacity and efficiency by connecting the sterilizer in parallel or in series. The ultraviolet instant sterilizer is composed of a transparent tube bundle body(10) comprising a plurality of transparent tubes(12) arranged without overlapping on each other and formed in a bundle by binding both ends of the transparent tubes by first and second bundle receiving bodies(14,16); an ultraviolet lamp(30) for irradiating ultraviolet rays to the transparent tubes of the transparent tube bundle body; and a frame(20) for fixing the transparent tube bundle body and the ultraviolet lamp. The transparent tubes are spread in a plane form by a transparent tube fixing guide(18). The ultraviolet lamps are installed on both sides of the transparent tube.
