PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a herbicide that has more excellent herbicidal effect than that of a conventional herbicide with the same amount of the active ingredient of a herbicide as that of a conventional herbicide and a herbicide that has the same herbicidal effect as that of a conventional herbicide with a smaller amount of a herbicide than that of a conventional herbicide. SOLUTION: The herbicide composition comprises a herbicide active ingredient, a nitrogen-based compound having plant growth promotion effect and a surfactant.
