FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clamps holding fuel pressure regulator on cover of fuel-feed module. Proposed cover of fuel-feed module with fastening device for fuel pressure regulator in form of can consists of mounting plate with tongue and peripheral projecting from plate and having outer diameter equal to diameter of hole in fuel tank for module. Inner surface of cap is provided with stiffening ribs. Cover has also two pairs of unions, one pair being designed to drive in posts of intake chamber of unit of electric gasoline pump, and other pair provided with outer knurling is designed for connecting to unit of electric gasoline pump delivering fuel into internal combustion engine through one union, while other union is designed for connecting to unit of fuel pressure regulator to drain exceed fuel into fuel tank. Plug of wire bundle providing power supply to electric gasoline pump is formed by rectangular partition. Plate service for fastening socket connector of said wire bundle. Intake chamber is formed by cylindrical surface with mounting slots. On inner surface of chamber ring platform is formed projecting inwards for mounting and fixing of fuel pressure regulator by clamp. Fuel pressure regulator has cylindrical housing with flange and contact to remove static electricity. ^ EFFECT: facilitated labor-taking process of mounting and fastening of fuel pressure regulator, reduced cost of manufacture of fastening device, reduced level of vibration of fuel pressure regulator at operation of electric gasoline pump, reduced metal usage of fuel-feed module as a whole. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
