PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing granulated powder by which the particle size of granulated particles to be obtained can be uniformed while reducing the amount of a binder to be used and to provide granulated powder. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing granulated powder comprises: a first step of binding a plurality of raw material particles 80 with one another by a binder to obtain a plurality of first granulated particles 80a; and a second step of rolling and/or fluidizing the plurality of first granulated particles 80a while adding a binder-soluble solvent to the plurality of granulated particles 80a to obtain a plurality of second granulated particles having uniform particle size. At the first step, it is preferable that raw material powder is rolled and/or fluidized while adding a binder solution obtained by dissolving the binder in the solvent to raw material powder containing raw material particles 80 to obtain the plurality of first granulated particles 80a.
