FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should perform early unloading of affected limb. Then comes the impact upon affected caput femoris area with complex electromagnetic field developed by sinusoidal signal with carrying frequency within frequencies of 200-8000 kHz with amplitude-modulated low-frequency signal at constantly altering frequency within frequencies of 10-1000 Hz and with pulsating infrared radiation at wave length of 640 nm, pulsation frequency being 100 Hz, intensity of electric field within the range of 200-800 kHz 2 V/m, density of radiation power at wave length of 940 nm 3 mW.cu. cm, density of radiation power at wave length of 640 nm 2 mW/cu. cm. Impact time lasts for 25 min per 2 procedures daily, about 10-12 procedures/ course. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. |
