FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding basic material into vortex pipe and threshing; cleaning resultant grain and discharging threshing byproducts, with indicated operations being continuously carried out during the whole process. Feeding of basic material into vortex pipe is provided at velocity approximating in direction to velocity at which air flow is supplied into vortex pipe. Threshing byproducts are separated in vertex pipe by free fall velocity. Apparatus for grain threshing and cleaning has vortex pipe, pressure fan and delivery and discharge pneumatic pipes. Ejector-type receiver is disposed on delivery pneumatic pipe. Air intake devices and adjustable grid-diffuser are arranged in upper part of vortex pipe. Air intake devices are made in the form of windows equally spaced from each other along perimeter of cylindrical hood and connected with tangential discharge pneumatic pipes. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in threshing of basic material owing to continuous process. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
