FIELD: railway transport: car building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed ceiling of car contains skeleton connected with body and including pressure battens, pair of shaped beams 1, 2 rigidly connected by ends of shaped bows 3 with intake slots to form row of frames, each carrying ceiling panel 12 secured over contour by means of intake slots, pressure battens and threaded members. Support slot made in lower beam communicates with small and large intake slots made in bows 3 of frame. Ceiling panel is installed in large intake slot of frame with clearance equal at least to depth of smaller intake slot. Ceiling panel is installed by upper part for movement between flange of upper beam and lower flanges of bows and is secured by pressure batten of upper beam of its lower surface with cross clearances, one of which is limited by upper edge of panel and threaded member and other one, by edge of insulation and edge of flange of upper beam, each at least equal to depth of support slot. ^ EFFECT: reduced labor input, facilitated conditions of mounting, improved external appearance, provision of possibility of demounting of any panel. ^ 5 dwg |
