An organic conductive polymer composition excellent in transparency and conductivity, a transparent conductive film, a transparent conductor, an input device not suffering any degradation of resistance even after a long-term repetitive use and having significantly improved reliability and life, and a method for efficiently manufacturing the input device. The organic conductive polymer composition contains at least a polythiophene-derivative polymer, water-soluble organic compound (excluding nitrogen-containing organic compounds), and a dopant. The method for manufacturing the input device comprises a first conductor fabricating step of forming a transparent conductive film on a transparent base by using the organic conductive polymer, arranging oppositely a pair of first electrodes at both opposite ends of the transparent conductive film in such a way that current can be applied to the transparent conductive film, and thus fabricating a first conductor, a second conductor fabricating step of forming a conductive film on a base, arranging oppositely a pair of second electrodes at both opposed ends of the conductive film in such a way that current can be applied to the conductive film, and a bonding step of bonding the first and second conductors to each other in such a way that the first conductor is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the second conductor is disposed.
