A water dispersible electronic ink composition, a method for preparing an electronic ink by using the composition, and the electronic ink prepared by the method are provided to lower resistivity sufficiently and to prevent the chemical effect of the ink composition on a substrate. An electronic ink composition comprises a silver ion aqueous solution; 0.05-0.2 mg/mL of a conductive polymer selected from poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene), polypyrrole, polyaniline and poly(vinyl pyrrolidone); 0.03-0.05 mg/mL of a reducing agent; and 0.05-1 mg/mL of a super-solid acid represented by the formula 1 which has a particle size of 1-50 nm. Preferably the reducing agent is hydrazine.
