The method involves spraying an alcohol base liquid product on mechanical parts when they are in movement, to wash, rinse and dry them. The washing is carried by using a flow of the liquid product at the rate of 45 cubic meters per hour at a pressure adjusted to 17 bars and a power of 37 kilowatts. The rinsing is carried by a liquid flow of the order of 26 cubic meters per hour with the pressure of 5 bars. An independent claim is also included for a device of implementing a method of cleaning mechanical parts. |
