A buckle (20) is attached to an elastic slice (10) having fastening holes (12). Two rubber covers (30) and side covers (32) are inserted to the elastic slice. A wiper blade (40) is inserted into a central longitudinal opening (11) of the elastic slice. The buckle clips the whole set to a wiper motor.
