摘要
本发明藉由减少多接合型薄膜光电转换装置中薄膜光电转换单元间之界面之泄漏电流,改善Voc及FF等,而提供一种转换效率较高之多接合型薄膜光电转换装置。本发明之薄膜光电转换装置系叠层有两个以上薄膜光电转换单元之多接合型薄膜光电转换装置,且于薄膜光电转换单元间之界面形成具有10nm以下膜厚且导电率为1.0×10^–9S/cm以下之氧化矽高电阻层。
