<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which gives moisture to skin to promote the regeneration of the skin. <P>SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition contains at least one of lyophilized keratinocytes and fibroblasts. A method for producing the cosmetic composition comprises (1) a step for culturing the keratinocytes or fibroblasts, (2) a step for lyophilizing the cultured keratinocytes or fibroblasts, and (3) a step for adding at least one of the lyophilized keratinocytes and fibroblast cells to a carrier acceptable as a cosmetic. When the cosmetic composition is applied to the skin, the already expressed cytokine in the keratinocytes and fibroblast cells is released to promote the regeneration of the skins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
