<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition capable of providing a rolling device and the like with excellent seizure resistance, wear resistance and durability, and to provide a rolling device having excellent seizure resistance, wear resistance and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The lubrication between both orbital planes 10a, 11a of a deep groove ball bearing and a rolling element 12 is performed by a grease composition 15 which contains microcapsules in which fine particles of an inorganic compound are included. The particle diameter of the microcapsules is ≥2 μm and ≤5 μm, and its content is ≥0.1 mass% and ≤20 mass% of the grease composition 15.
