<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting element whose luminance stability is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light emitting element has a cathode, a layer containing an organic electroluminescence substance, a layer containing an electronic acceptance substance, an anode capping layer containing an inorganic substance, an anode, and a substrate installed in a sequence before the cathode or after the anode.
