<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient advertisement display through a cellular phone terminal using a time zone when a user has nothing to do, without temporarily reserving user's start of communication, and without the need for complicated procedures such as user registration. <P>SOLUTION: Acquisition of one advertisement information and display of the advertisement information are performed at different communication timing.
