<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble components efficiently in a connector housing and obtain the compactness of a connector. <P>SOLUTION: The connector 4 is constructed by installing a circuit body 65 and an electric component 66 connected to the circuit body inside a pair of split housings 64a, 64b, and by making the terminals 68, 69 connected to the circuit body protruded outside the split housing, and by joining the both split housings. Walls 70, 71 of the pair of split housings are laid alternately on top of the other. An opening 77 for exposing the circuit body 65 is formed at the outer wall of the split housing. The electric component 66 is arranged alternately for each split housing.
