<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility reinforcement plan support system for supporting planning of efficient facility reinforcement while taking a relationship between a problem (risk) and cost for the whole of facilities into consideration in a facility system in operation. <P>SOLUTION: When a problem in each facility of the system constructed of a plurality of facilities is assumed as a risk, this facility reinforcement plan support system 1 supports facility reinforcement planning while taking the risk into consideration. The facility reinforcement plan support system is provided with a risk index calculation means 11 calculating a risk index in each operation elapsed years for each facility, an investment efficiency index calculation means 12 calculating an investment efficiency index for each facility from a relationship between a risk reduction quantity reduced by investment and an investment amount necessary for measures for reducing the risk, a risk reducing measure table creation means 13 creating a risk reducing measure table for listing risk reducing measures in descending order of the calculated investment efficiency index, and a measure selection means 14 selecting the measure to be performed from thee created risk reducing measure table according to a predetermined condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
