DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING OPERATION PLAN OF WIDE AREA WATER OPERATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for preparing an operation plan of a wide area water operation system.

SOLUTION: This device is provided with: an optimizing means 0010 which prepares an optimal water operation plan as one objective function according to the weight of two or more objective functions in a multipurpose optimization problem; a simultaneous equation preparing/solving means 0006 for weight determination for preparing simultaneous equations for weight determination for determining the weight of a plurality of objective functions, and for solving this; a water operation plan group preparing means 0001 for weight determination for preparing a water operation plan group for weight determination being the basis of the preparation of simultaneous equations for weight determination; a water operation plan sequence inputting means 0003 for inputting a plan sequence for water operation for sequencing the water operation plans in the water operation plan group for weight determination; and a sequence evaluation value converting means 0002 for applying an evaluation value to each of the sequenced water operation plans. Thus, it is possible to prepare the water operation plan by using the weight of a plurality of objective functions in the multi-purpose optimization problem as the solution of the simultaneous equations for weight determination.
