PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert the values of a plurality analog signals at the same time into digital values by one A/D converter at a low cost without providing expensive sample and hold circuit. SOLUTION: The sensor signal processing apparatus has multiplexed signal processing circuits OP1 and OP2 for branching an analog signals to be outputted from a sensor into a plurality of systems and individually processing the signal, wherein a plurality of transitive analog signal to be outputted from the signal processing circuits OP1 and OP2 are inputted into one A/D converter 232 via a multiplexer 231 and the A/D converter 232 converts the inputted signals into a digital signals. In this apparatus, a delay means DL set at a delay time of (N-1)t, where a signal selecting order of the multiplexer 231 is N and one-time A/D conversion processing time in the A/D converter 232 is t, is provided between the plurality of signal processing circuits OP1, OP2 and the multiplexer 231.
