PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operator's confidence in a displayed estimated time of arrival by displaying the estimated time of arrival in a display mode corresponding to its precision. SOLUTION: This navigation apparatus for retrieving a route to a set destination and performing guidance comprises a storage means for storing retrieval data; an estimated-time-of-arrival estimating part for estimating an estimated time of arrival at the destination when traveling along the retrieved route; an estimation precision computing part for determining estimation precision of the estimated time of arrival; a display part for displaying the estimated time of arrival; and a display control part for displaying the estimated time of arrival in a display mode corresponding to the estimation precision.
