PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify the worker of the discharge state of a capacitor for safe and prompt repair work. SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including a step (S1100) of executing a failure detection routine when a diagnostic tool is connected (YES in S1000), a step (S1400) of detecting voltage when an IG switch is ON and an engine is OFF (YES in S1200), a step (S1400) of detecting voltage, and a step (S1500) of transmitting a dialogue code to the diagnostic tool. The control circuit of the diagnostic tool executes a program including a step (S2500) of receiving the dialogue code (YES in S2100) and displaying that work is possible on the basis of a storage status of the capacitor, and a step (S2600) of displaying that work is in a wait status when work is not possible (NO in S2400).
