PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the hang-up of a PCI-X bus to be generated when the transfer origin of data aborts. SOLUTION: An abort signal receiving part 1a receives an abort signal to be outputted when a transfer origin 3 aborts. A dummy data generating part 1b generates dummy data when the abort signal receiving part 1a receives the abort signal. An error parity generating part 1c generates an error parity for showing that the dummy data generated by the dummy data generating part 1b are dummy when the abort signal receiving part 1a receives the abort signal. A data transmitting part 1d transfers the dummy data generated by the dummy data generating part 1b and the error parity generated by the error parity generating part 1c through the PCI-X bus 2 to a transfer destination 4.
