PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a hydrogen-added internal combustion engine capable of suppressing fluctuation of torque by a method for preventing worsening of fuel economy and unnecessary increase of torque. SOLUTION: When controlling amount of injection of gasoline and hydrogen at a ratio determined in accordance with an operation condition of the internal combustion engine, a ratio of hydrogen addition is corrected to an increase side when magnitude of torque fluctuation exceeds a predetermined value to suppress torque fluctuation. Each amount of injection of gasoline and hydrogen may be determined based on load rates shared by each of them. A load rate shared by each fuel can be obtained from a target load rate and the ratio of hydrogen addition determined from an operation condition of the internal combustion engine.
