PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detachably fix a bench, a planter, a base on a lid of an underground construction, take a rest on the bench by using a space of the lid and increase aesthetic appearance of a sidewalk or a plaza by decorating the space with flowers or decorations. SOLUTION: A leg part 3 is provided on a bottom surface of the bench 2 or the planter. A horizontal foot plate 4 is provided on a lower end of the leg part 3 or the horizontal foot plate is provided on a lower end of the base. A recess part to which the foot plate is fitted is provided on a surface of the lid 1 of the underground construction and the foot plate 4 is fitted to the recess part. Alternatively, a bolt hole is formed to correspond to the foot plate 4 and the recess part and the foot plate 4 is fitted to the recess part, and the foot plate 4 is detachably fixed to the lid 1 by inserting a bolt 5 into the corresponding bolt hole and tightening a nut. Alternatively, the bolt hole is formed to correspond to the surface of the lid 1 and the foot plate 4 without forming the recess part on the lid 1, and the foot plate may detachably be fixed to the lid by facing the bolt hole of the lid 1 to the bolt hole of the foot plate 4 and inserting the bolt into the corresponding bolt hole and tightening the nut.
