PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type grain conveyer which has a rachis-branch-removing function in a simple structure, while avoiding the enlargement of the structure. SOLUTION: This grain conveyer is provided with a pair of conveyers 17, 18 formed by disposing rotary shafts 17a, 18a along a grain-conveying route and attaching screw blades 17b, 18b to the rotary shafts, respectively, so that the rotary shafts are rotated to convey grains with the screw blades. Therein, the rotary shafts 17a, 18a of the conveyers 17, 18 are disposed at mutually adjacent positions in parallel to each other. The spiral directions of the screw blades 17b, 18b are set in the mutually opposite directions. The rotation directions of the rotary shafts 17a, 18a are set in the mutually opposite directions to convey the grains in the same direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
