PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic fruit peeler for continuously automatically peeling the calyx skin and peripheral skin of fruits to largely improve workability. SOLUTION: This automatic fruit peeler is characterized by movably disposing fruit receivers 3 on a peeler body base 1 and disposing a fruit center-setting device 5, a calyx skin peeler 6 and a peripheral skin peeler 7. The calyx skin peeler 6 comprises a rotary blade 24, a blade-attaching portion 25 to which the rotary blade 24 is attached, a pipe shaft 27 supported on the first liftable support 26 connected to the upper portion of the blade-attaching portion 25, the first motor 28 for rotating the pipe shaft 27, and a support tree-pressing shaft 29 passed through the pipe shaft 27 and the rotary blade 24 and supported. The peripheral skin peeler 7 comprises a vacuum-adsorption rotation mechanism 46, the second liftable supporter 47 attached to the mechanism 46, the third liftable cylinder 50 attached to the support 47, a normal or reverse rotation control motor 51 attached to the lower end of the cylinder 50, and a peeling blade 52 attached to the tip of the motor 51 and moving along the outer periphery of a fruit 42.
